Inhabiting
Estudio AJUAR

A project developed during an artist residency at Estudio AJUAR, unfolding through a dialogue with the founder and architect Dani Gutiérrez.

The site-specific installation is composed of a natural textile piece made from everyday layers of local clay from the salt flats of Fornells, restored by Estudio AJUAR in Menorca; a sound archive of a shared conversation around inhabiting; traces of the process; and a selection of books that accompanied us throughout the stay.

The work was shared with the local community through an open studio.
